Rule:
The verb doesn't change when we use those pronouns: I , you, We and they
Eg: I teach English
You watch TV.
We go the the zoo.
They play football.
For the 2nd person singular ( He and She) there are some changes:
In regular verbs we add s at the end of the verb.eg: He plays tennis .
She needs help.
- In verbs ending with s, ss, sh, o and x we add es at the end of the verb.
Eg. : - She washes the dishes.
The boy misses the bus.
In verbs ending with y after a consonant (opposite of vowel) the y changes to i and add es.
Eg.: The bird flies in the sky.
When do we use present simple?
- To talk about general facts: The sun rises in the east.
- to express habits or costoms: I go to school everyday.
